1. Object
The sales contracts, having as their object the figurines and other products offered for sale on this site, owned by the Company Labelbike (hereinafter simply referred to as ), and stipulated remotely via telematic networks are governed exclusively by these general contract conditions.
2. Parts
These general contractual conditions govern exclusively the sales contracts stipulated with consumers - meaning natural persons acting for purposes outside of any entrepreneurial, commercial or professional activity carried out - and Labelbike .
3. Conclusion of the contract and acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The sales contracts of the products offered for sale on this site are considered concluded when Labelbike has knowledge of the purchase order made by the consumer. The purchase order is considered known by Labelbike when it is available at the electronic address of Labelbike . Labelbike will promptly send the consumer a receipt of the purchase order made by the consumer.
4. Consumer obligations
The consumer is required, before forwarding his purchase order, to carefully read these general contract conditions. Forwarding the purchase order implies their full knowledge and acceptance.
Finally, once the online purchase procedure has been concluded, the consumer is required to print and keep these general contract conditions, already viewed and accepted during the contract conclusion phase.
5. Purchase methods
The consumer purchases the product, the characteristics of which are illustrated online in the relevant descriptive or technical sheets, depending on the product, at the price indicated therein to which are added the delivery costs specified on the site.
Before sending the purchase order, the unit cost of each selected product is summarised, the total cost in the case of purchasing multiple products and the related delivery costs.
Once the purchase order has been sent, the consumer will receive an email from Labelbike confirming receipt of the purchase order and containing information on the main characteristics of the purchased good, detailed information on the price, delivery costs, applicable taxes and payment methods and containing a reference to the general contract conditions and information on the existence of the right of withdrawal, the conditions and methods of exercising it displayed on the site.
6. Payment Methods
The consumer can make the payment due by choosing one of the following methods listed.
a) Payment by credit card
Payment for purchases by credit card (PayPal) can only be made with Visa, Mastercard, JCB credit cards (in addition to American Express and Diners for the missing sticker shops and local shops) and only by the owner/holder of the credit card.
In the event that the consumer intends to make the payment by credit card, he can use a procedure, made available by Labelbike , suitable for ensuring the confidentiality of the data provided by customers. In particular, this procedure requires that the credit card data be entered through a secure connection to the Transaction server, which guarantees a high level of security: Labelbike , in fact, will not be aware of the consumer's credit card number, which will pass directly from the browser to the Transaction Server managed by the Bank of the circuit, without being stored by Labelbike or other parties.
b) Payment with alternative payments
If the consumer does not want to use a credit card, he/she can use the "alternative payments" (option next to the credit card) and follow the instructions provided (depending on the country and the type of store, it could be a postal order, international postal order or bank transfer). When making the payment, the consumer must indicate the "Order ID" number that appears on the summary page at the end of the purchase procedure, in order to facilitate the fulfillment procedure.
7. Delivery of products
The purchased goods are delivered to the geographical address indicated by the consumer (shipping information). Any specific needs must be reported to Labelbike by the consumer before the goods are entrusted to the carrier for delivery (change of address etc.).
In Italy, Labelbike provides delivery of the product purchased by the consumer to the geographic address via GLS courier and/or Poste Italiane.
International shipments are handled by DHL.
Delivery of the goods is guaranteed within 2-3 working days starting from the day following the day on which Labelbike receives the payment and entrusts the goods to the carrier for delivery.
8. Guarantee of conformity and defective products
The products purchased on the " Labelbike " website are subject to the regulations on the sale of consumer goods contained in Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 1999 on certain aspects of the sale and guarantees of consumer goods.
The products delivered comply with the characteristics illustrated online in the relevant descriptive or technical sheets, depending on the product purchased by the consumer.
Labelbike is responsible towards the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods.
In the event that the delivered goods present a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to have the conformity of the goods restored or to have them replaced.
Without prejudice to the applicability of the remaining provisions contained in Directive 1999/44/EC, the aforementioned right is recognized by the consumer provided that the delivered good has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended purpose and with the provisions of the instructions for use enclosed with the product purchased by him. In particular, the aforementioned guarantee does not apply to goods that present defects of conformity that the consumer knew at the time of conclusion of the contract or could not reasonably be unaware of.
a) Terms
The consumer is required to report the lack of conformity of the goods to Labelbike within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect. The consumer loses the rights listed above if he does not report the lack of conformity within the indicated deadline.
9. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, the consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with Labelbike without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within thirty calendar days from receipt of the goods.

Important: Return costs in the context of withdrawal are always borne by the buyer. Withdrawal accepted within 30 days of the arrival of the goods at your casa .
Please note: To receive a full refund, the sticker must NOT have been peeled, used or applied. It must arrive at the company in a resalable condition.
10. Applicable Law
This contract is governed by Italian law. The application of Italian law to this contract does not prejudice the possible application of mandatory provisions of the legal system of the country of residence of the consumer and intended for his protection.
